What is the turnaround time?
Most orders ship within one week of receiving the order. We always try to ship within 2 weeks (or 10 business days). Our standard shipping is UPS Ground so please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on which part of the country you are in. Many of our dealers have standard sizes in-stock for same day pickup.

How strong are the ropes?
All of our ropes have been tested and certified and exceed Cordage Institute Standards. Below are the breaking strengths:
Are the ropes soft?
Yes. The rope is made of braided or 3-strand nylon. The braided ropes are softer than the 3-strand and make excellent dock lines. See "About Us" to learn more about the ropes we use. Note: All nylon will harden with age and UV expose.

Why do your dock lines have such a smooth spliced knot for the loop?
Our proprietary method of splicing the knot makes an exceptionally strong, smooth line. Each is heat sealed.

What colors do your ropes come in?
We purchase large bulk spools of rope from the USA manufacturer. We tend to order the most popular colors based on demand.

What guarantee do you offer on your lines?
We guarantee them to be free of manufacturing defects for up to 12 months. With proper care, your Knotical Lines will last a very long time.
